"The kids are on a fucking killing spree. It's what I see in front of me."

Star Tomkins, 17, tragically lost her life in a crash that claimed three young victims, leaving a community in shock and mourning.

The atmosphere was described as being happy, although at times the volume became irritating for some of those who lived nearby and police attended at about 10.20pm.

Tanesha Melbourne-Blake, a 17-year-old, was fatally shot in what may have been a case of mistaken identity during gang violence in North London.

"It's really rare to get through a day without a report of something happening," Rae Gellel, founder of the Greenwich Wildlife Network, told The Standard.

"There's a meal on his head... It's basically a bounty," recounted the teenager, highlighting how L.A. County probation officers incentivized violence among youths with food rewards.

Shortly after 9am, an incident occurred on Longbridge Road in Dagenham that led to the stabbings of a 16-year-old boy, prompting police and ambulances to respond.
