California-based Gaviña Coffee Company announced that two of its longtime leaders - brothers Pedro Lázaro Gaviña and Francisco Marcos "Paco" Gaviña - have died. Paco died July 29 at the age of 81. Pedro died Sept. 11 at the age of 80. Representing the third generation of the Gaviña business, which traces its roots back to Cuba, the brothers were instrumental in building the company into a national coffee supplier while maintaining close ties to the industry through volunteerism and events.
Naomi Romo holds deep appreciation for the work her parents have put into Anghelo's Suit & Tux in Miami, Florida. "I am sitting here today because of the dreams and all the effort put into this family vision," Romo says. Romo's parents, Anghelo and Monica, founded the men's wear and tailoring business in 2013; today Romo works with them as co-owner. "Being surrounded by my family business, it has been a part of me ever since I can remember," she says.

Standing 15 stories tall and weighing 200 tons, its owners say it has given more than 35 million rides in its lifetime while maintaining a perfect safety record. The Wonder Wheel was designated a New York City landmark in 1989. The Vourderis family purchased it in 1983 after years of operating food stands along the boardwalk.

You should speak to her and let her know how selfish and deceitful her behavior was regarding her maternity leave and returning to work. While people do those things sometimes in order to get as much money out of their jobs as possible, she is family. She should not have taken advantage of you in that way. Unless she is your only option, don't hire her back.
