Produce Company Recalls Fruit Amid Listeria Outbreak
A California produce company has voluntarily recalled whole peaches, plums, and nectarines due to a listeria outbreak that has resulted in one death and 10 hospitalizations since 2018.
The fruits were sold across the country in 2022 and 2023, from May 1 to Nov. 15 each year.
Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women. [ more ]
