She had been pulled out by waves that were estimated to be about 15-20 feet high. The girl's mother reportedly attempted to reach out to both father and daughter and was also swept into the water.

The cause of death has been revealed for Thomas Ocheltree and daughters Alexandra Ocheltree, 12, and Mackenzie Ocheltree, 9, who were all apparently killed in a murder-suicide last month in SF's Westwood neighborhood. All three were shot and found in their beds, and mother Paula Truong was found hanged in the garage, and her death was ruled a suicide. No further details about the case have been made public. The parents of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro were arrested on suspicion of murder at their Cabazon home Friday morning, Aug. 22, more than a week after the baby's mother reported that he was kidnapped, authorities said. Video from RMG News, a freelance organization, shows several law enforcement vehicles, including two armored vehicles, outside the home of Jake and Rebecca Haro, who initially told investigators that Emmanuel was stolen from Rebecca Haro outside a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Yucaipa.

"At this point in the investigation, investigators are unable to rule out foul play in the disappearance of Emmanuel," said the department.
