Ricardo Alan Jimenez, 31, was charged with arranging a sexual meeting with a minor, and contacting a minor with intent to commit a sex crime, both felonies. He has been released from jail after posting $100,000 bail, court records show.
The suspect, Carlos Ray Thomas of Oakland, was charged Monday with two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, two counts of shooting at an occupied vehicle and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. According to court records, his prior felony conviction was in 2004 in Alameda County for vandalism over $400 damage.
