Yarmouth police were called early Monday morning to the Lance Corporal William Joseph Donovan Jr. Memorial Bridge, responding to reports that several American flags on the bridge had been destroyed, police said. At the scene, officers found eight American flags ripped from the fencing on the West Yarmouth Road bridge. "Their grommets had been torn out, and at least three flags were ripped apart at the seams," police said.

Earlier this year, a social media account started documenting the mysterious and alarming appearance of spray-painted swastikas around downtown Ventura. But the account was not run by a good Samaritan trying to draw attention to a hate crime, authorities later determined. It was instead the handiwork of a convicted rapist who was committing the vandalism himself, then posting photos online in an effort to sow fear, according to the Ventura Police Department and the county district attorney's office.

Police departments across various states are warning that the 'door kick challenge' is illegal behavior classified as vandalism, raising the potential for dangerous confrontations.
"We are deeply disturbed to learn about vandalism at the State House overnight. The State House is a revered building steeped in history, and staff works hard to keep it in pristine condition for employees and visitors alike."
"Some people spend two years, three years and they still get deported. You question yourself the whole time while you are there, is it worth it to spend two years here because at the end of the day, I still may get deported."
I can confirm there was an act of vandalism on the constituency office last night, this is the third such attack. Personal threats have also previously been sent to the office, warning the Taoiseach it will be made impossible for him to navigate in public spaces.
