Police say they received reports of a man throwing bricks at cars around 4:40 p.m. that day, on the 1800 block of Santa Rita Road."
"Officers located the man in the area. Police said in court records that he attempted to walk away and was taken down to the ground since he was actively resisting. After being arrested, he admitted guilt, authorities said. At a Jan. 16 court appearance, Judge Kevin Wong released the man from jail but ordered him to stay away from the victims and from where the alleged crimes occurred."
