Tyler Brown, 46, began "firing erratically" at vehicles on the busy Cambridge roadway around 1:30 p.m., seriously injuring two men in their respective cars, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan. An 18-year-old Brooklyn man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon in Brownsville, police said.
