The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicked off on Friday, March 6 and runs through April 27 with local, celebrity and Disney chefs offering cooking tips during culinary demonstrations, tasting seminars and signature events.
In her new role, Blank will oversee strategic sales initiatives and business development for Constellation's diverse roster of premier Florida venues - including Pérez Art Museum Miami, Frost Science, Adrienne Arsht Center, Sarasota Art Museum, Norton Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg, Knoxville Zoo, and SGWS Wynwood - along with a dynamic off-premise catering program serving both Miami and Florida's Gulf Coast.
Hence the four-hands dinner, a dining experience that involves two chefs working together to create a special menu for a limited period. This summer has seen a bumper load, a highlight of which was Anne-Sophie Pic joining Marcel Ravin at Blue Bay in Monaco. And although this is by no means a new concept - back in 2008, Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz collaborated on what may well have been the culinary event of the decade - this fall it's in danger of jumping the shark.
Restaurant Week in Washington runs from August 18 to August 24, featuring special menus at various new restaurants, with dinner prices around $65 and lunch/brunch options from $25 to $35.
