A neighbor noted that patrons seem unfazed by the health violations, saying, 'Every time it's open, there are people in there, and I don't know if they're oblivious or they're diehards or they don't care about the ongoing health issues.'
The confrontation started when Levi Kabakov perceived Troy McLeod's dogs as a threat to his children. Despite McLeod complying by crossing the street, Kabakov escalated the situation.
"We have this tunnel, or people tube, that has been a key part of my life and many people's lives. It's been around since the '70s. I definitely remember running down that tunnel, having a blast," said Atiba Edwards, reflecting on his nostalgic experiences at the museum.
