Artificial intelligence is a concept that we are talking about in everything that we do. At Samsung, AI currently exists in all of our categories, across almost all of our products. While AI has come into the consumer lexicon recently, we've been innovating in AI for over a decade. We're trying now to help consumers understand that AI is a tool, and that the reason we're putting it on all of our products is because it's going to help make your life better.

Docusign has lost almost a quarter of its market value this year on concern that new AI tools could help customers create in-house version of the software it sells. The company is trying to head off this risk by integrating with the most disruptive AI player of all, OpenAI's ChatGPT. Docusign is bringing its contract-management technology directly into ChatGPT, letting users draft, manage, and sign agreements without leaving the popular AI chat interface.

We're in that part of the year where smartphone makers duke it out for the proverbial heavyweight belt. In the United States, Apple's iPhone tends to be the undisputed champ year after year. As I previously discussed, Clio offered the blockbuster announcement that its AI tools would now work not only on the internal data of a firm but also on external data like cases and statutes. Clio's approach essentially lets customers use one vendor for its AI needs since that vendor can supply the tools for use with internal and external data. This all under one roof one stop concept has everyone gushing as if the world has completely changed and firms will flock to Clio.

While chatting with ChatGPT, mention Spotify. The first time you do this, you'll be asked to connect your Spotify account (this is entirely opt-in, and you can connect or disconnect at any time). According to Rajat Taneja, Visa's president of technology, the global payments company has woven AI into every part of its business. Employees across Visa are tapping AI in their everyday workflows for tasks ranging from data analysis to software development. The company has built more than 100 internal AI-powered business applications tailored to specific use cases and has over 2,500 engineers working specifically on AI. Visa is also using AI to create new products and services for its customers, such as faster onboarding, simplified processes for managing disputes, and infrastructure for agentic AI technologies.

The Clean Navigation system of the Matrix is a marked improvement over simple robot vacuums that navigate randomly. This tech instructs the vacuum to methodically vacuum in a specific grid pattern and repeatedly passing over the same areas until all dirt and debris have been removed. Basic chatbots get much of the publicity associated with modern AI platforms, but they have limited use cases, providing a simple natural language interface to search tools.
