The Brussels public transport company STIB-MIVB has begun deploying the first units from a new batch of electric buses, consisting of 36 standard vehicles that are progressively entering service on routes 47, 56, 58 and 83. The vehicles are part of a wider delivery of 50 battery-electric buses scheduled to enter operation during 2026.

About $20.5 million of the total was an equity fundraise, Zeno co-founder and CEO Michael Spencer told TechCrunch. Portland's TriMet transit agency announced another round of service cuts that were implemented starting March 1. The agency plans to make additional cuts starting in August and could eliminate dozens of bus routes and a portion of the MAX Green Line light rail.
