Police said Johary Cantave, 14, of 50th Street was gunned down at the corner of 46th Street and 9th Avenue in Sunset Park just before 11:50 p.m. on March 6. Based on a preliminary investigation, police reported that Cantave was sitting inside a vehicle at the location, with an acquaintance standing outside, when three male suspects wearing all black clothing approached.
