The victim sustained minor injuries but declined medical attention. The suspect was last seen wearing a tan jacket, a black t-shirt, blue pants, and multicolored sneakers, fleeing north on Utica Avenue. The NYPD has released a photo of the suspect and is seeking information from the public.
