The Los Gatos Art & Wine Festival is set for Sept. 20-21 in downtown Los Gatos, bringing hundreds of artists, live musicians, vineyard operators and brewers to town. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. both days on the Civic Center lawn at 110 E. Main St. Over 200 artists are expected to set up booths, and there will be live music on both days. Fine wine, craft beer and gourmet food trucks will also be set up for the event.
A 2,753-square-foot house built in 1968 has changed hands. The spacious property in the 17200 block of Verdes Robles in Los Gatos was sold on July 25, 2025 for $3,785,000 which represents a price per square foot of $1,375. This two-story home boasts a generous living space with four bedrooms and three baths. Inside, there are two fireplaces. Additionally, the home features two parking spots, providing ample room for multiple vehicles. The lot of the unit covers a substantial area of 0.4 acres, complete with a pool for outdoor enjoyment.
While this year's Taste of Los Gatos will feature Rush cover band R50 and Livewire headlining the main stage, with Chain of Fools, Identity Problem, Phill & Rob and Sam Marshall scattered throughout the one-day street party, make no mistake, the essence of the fest will be the nibbles and libations. "It's really telling the story of Los Gatos as a culinary destination," Chamber Executive Director Jennifer Lin said about the event, taking place on Sept. 6. "I really do feel like we're experiencing a culinary renaissance here."
