UCF's +105 scoring differential (outscoring opponents by 4.6 points per game) is a result of scoring 82.4 points per game (57th in college basketball) while allowing 77.8 per contest (286th in college basketball). The 82.4 points the Knights average are 18.8 more than the Mountaineers concede. UCF hits 8.3 three-pointers per game (138th in college basketball), while its opponents have made 8.2 on average.

Houston missed 10 shots in a row over a 5 1/2-minute span early, then had another 0-for-10 span in the final 6 1/2 minutes of the first half.
