There continue to be tragic stories in the news about children getting shot and killed: "Parents mourn 13-year-old fatally shot in West Ridge park."If that's not awful enough, just last week, an 8-year-old boy was fatally shot in the Park Boulevard neighborhood, and a 7-year-old boy died overnight after being hit by a bullet while inside his Humboldt Park home.
