A month after the disappearance of popular Bay Area disc jockey Jeffrey Vandergrift, his body was found in the San Francisco Bay on Wednesday, according to the San Francisco medical examiner's office.The examiner's office released a statement Thursday, confirming Vandergrift's death, but it offered no further comment, including the cause of death.

I feel lucky to have grown up in the 1980s and '90s.It is clear that the growing tension between analog and digital seen in much of the content that was created in those two decades shaped my interest in visual arts and cemented my pursuit of a career in the field of design.Some of what I loved then, still stands as iconic creations for many of us.
