Basement released its first album in eight years, Wired, via Run for Cover. Guitarists Alex Henery and Ronan Crix each provided curated lists: Henery shared five music videos that inspired the new album’s videos, and Crix shared five favorite albums featuring animals on the cover. A review of Wired is available in Notable Releases, and a limited “green in green” vinyl variant is offered in the BV shop with 300 copies. Basement will tour Europe through spring and summer, with scheduled performances across multiple UK cities and several European countries, including Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.
