An affordable housing lottery for a new 51-story luxury tower a block away from Fort Greene park is open. The new development has a total of 569 apartments and includes an outdoor pool, a wine and party room, and a games room. The lottery for The Everly, located at 180 Ashland Place, includes 171 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, all rent stabilized and income restricted. They are set aside for households earning 80 to 130% of the Area Median Income, or between $64,766 and $227,500 a year for households of one to five people, according to the listing.
