Arthur Ashe Stadium is set for a $800 million upgrade that aims to enhance the experience for both fans and players, modernizing the venue which has been in use for over 25 years. The renovation, announced by the USTA, will unfold in three phases through 2027 while ensuring no disruption to the 2025 or 2026 tournaments. Key features include expanded concourses, luxury lounges, and a new Player Performance Center valued at $250 million, designed for the top players to enjoy a premium experience during matches.
This project enables us to maintain the greatest stage in tennis, which was constructed more than 25 years ago, and modernize it in a way that will set it up for the next 25 years.
The renovation will unfold over three phases through 2027, carefully scheduled to avoid disrupting the 2025 or 2026 tournaments.
