The 22-year-old attacker will join on loan until the end of the season from Sampdoria, who bought him from FC Barcelona in June 2024 for €3 million. He signed a contract with the Italian club running until 2027, while Barcelona retained 50% of his economic rights. The Catalan giants also included a buy-back option for the winger worth €7 million, which has already expired on 30 June 2025. But, with the 50% rights still in their hands, it makes sense for the Blaugrana to see how things go for Estanis back in Spain, as a permanent move in the summer could lead to a windfall for them.

Jonah Kusi-Asare is the kind of striker every club tries to find nowadays. Huge, lanky but deceptively quick, smooth on the ball and possessing the technical skills of a much smaller players, the young Swede drew the attention of many big clubs at AIK Fotboll before Bayern Munich snatched him up for a big fee.
