As the Galaxy S26 series launch draws closer, leaks are picking up pace. A tipster has now shared official-looking press renders of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, showcasing the phone from all angles in four colors. The images come courtesy of tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) and show the Galaxy S26 Ultra in Black, Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, and White color options.
The device is shown in what appears to be its new hero color - Cobalt Violet. The poster's specific angle gives off a purple look and showcases the back and right side of the phone. We can observe the redesigned camera island, which looks similar to that of the Z Fold7. We can also see the S Pen stylus, which does not appear to match the phone's main color and is instead black.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to sport an upgraded display with features such as Privacy Display. Now, a new leak suggests that the screen will come with improved protection as well. According to prolific leaker Ice Universe, the Galaxy S26 Ultra's display will get a new generation 'high-strength' Gorilla Glass. Anti-reflective coating on the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 Ultra already uses an anti-reflective display coating that largely removes the need for matte screen protectors.
It's called simply the Samsung 60W Power Adapter (model number: EP-T6010NBEGWW) and it has appeared on the Samsung.com branches for various countries - all around Europe (e.g. Austria, Sweden, Romania), but also South America ( Peru) and parts of the Middle East ( Levant). The charger has one USB-C port and supports Super Fast Charging 2.0. It boasts a low standby power draw of just 5mW. It supports the following standards: USB-PD (5V, 15V, 20V) and PPS (5-20V) at up to 3A. There is no AVS support, however.
As it's supposed to launch in January, Samsung is already very busy working on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and we've heard a lot of rumors about it recently. Today a new leak purports to bring us two shots of cases for the upcoming device. These most likely originate at the case maker itself, since such companies need to be given detailed dimensions for upcoming phones in order to have their accessories ready to launch at the same time.
The reason for this change is all about being able to fit better cameras into the body of the phone, apparently. And yet, we can't help but wonder whether the Korean company is once again being 'inspired' by an Apple design - the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will adopt a huge island themselves, and this has been rumored for many months now.
