Ralph Fleuristil, 34, was arrested Feb. 6 after police executed a search warrant at a home on Ferdinand Street in Melrose, the Malden Police Department announced. According to the complaint issued with the arrest warrant, the home is believed to be Fleuristil's. Fleuristil is charged with two felony counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, one felony count of assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled, and a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery, court documents show.

Mark Anderson, 36, of Mankato, Minnesota, was arrested and charged with impersonating an FBI agent in a foiled bid to free Mangione from the Metropolitan Detention Center, the notorious Brooklyn lockup where he is held while awaiting state and federal murder trials in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. A criminal complaint filed against Anderson did not identify the person he attempted to free. A law enforcement official familiar with the matter confirmed it was Mangione.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for crashing a stolen FedEx truck and attempting to steal an ambulance. It all happened on Sunday, just after 2 p.m. Police responded to a call of a FedEx truck that was stolen at 606 Carroll St. Domanique Bullock is accused of getting in a parked FedEx and pushing the 25-year-old driver out of the truck before fleeing in the vehicle.

The suspect accused of a heinous and violent rape of a 12-year-old girl in Brooklyn was apprehended on Friday. Detectives from the Brooklyn North Special Victims Unit (SVU) booked Eric McMichael, 27, of Clay Street in Greenpoint on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, burglary and endangering the welfare of a child. McMichael kept his head down in front of reporters and photographers asking him about the crime as detectives walked him out of the SVU headquarters on Nevins Street

57-year-old Carlos Ray Thomas of Oakland was arrested Thursday after crashing his vehicle into the center divide on southbound 680 in Walnut Creek, and after he allegedly tried to flee that crash scene on foot. That was about 20 minutes after two people reported being shot at by a man they didn't know in a dark-colored SUV in the eastbound lanes of Highway 24 west of Tunnel Road.

"From what we were initially told by police, the individual was unaware that he lived next to, and was shooting his BB gun next to, a synagogue or that it was a religious holiday," Temple Beth Zion leaders wrote. "It was potentially dangerous to use a BB gun in such a populated spot, but it does not appear to have been fuelled [sic] by antisemitism."

Raynham police responded to a report of a man exposing himself at the McDonald's at 365 New State Highway on Saturday around 5:30 p.m. Officers were told that the suspect had been asked to leave the busy restaurant numerous times and exposed himself near the counter when a family with children was ordering. The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Christopher Lloyd Blake. He appeared to be "highly intoxicated," police said.

The father of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro helped investigators with a search for the baby's remains in Moreno Valley on Sunday, authorities announced, but a body was not found. Jake Haro, 32, worked with investigators and cadaver dogs during the search on the westbound shoulder of the 60 Freeway near Gilman Springs Road, but Emmanuel's body was not located, said Mara Rodriguez, a spokesperson for the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
