According to the district, Freeman, who began working for the district in August 2023, is on administrative leave. The district said officials are cooperating with law enforcement."

Freeman was booked into Solano County Jail on $55,000 bail and faces charges including soliciting lewd acts in public, false imprisonment and robbery.
