Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation and determined that Christian Young unlawfully entered a private party after previously being turned away for not having an invitation. Florida Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost was assaulted at a private party during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. The attacker, identified as Christian Young, ran into a private event at the High West Saloon after being turned away for lacking an invitation and unlawfully entered the venue. Young assaulted Frost and a female attendee in a bathroom, allegedly shouting racist remarks and saying he was proud to be white before punching Frost in the face. Park City police arrested and booked Young on aggravated burglary and two counts of simple assault, each with sentencing enhancements. Frost is okay and thanked venue security and police. Frost is 29 and the first Afro-Cuban and first Gen Z member elected to Congress.
