How I'm Learning to Live with Anxiety, Not Against It - Tiny Buddha
Briefly

Your anger? It's telling you where you feel powerless. Your anxiety? It's telling you that something in your life is off balance. Your fear? It's telling you what you care about. Your apathy? It's telling you where you're overextended and burnt out.
I tried to outrun my anxiety and looked outward for solutions... but they only made me feel worse about myself.
Deep down, I couldn't accept that anxiety might be the cause. I convinced myself that there had to be something seriously wrong with my health.
The anxiety always returned, stronger than before. It felt like a never-ending cycle.
