LinkedIn's new job search filter enables users to narrow job results to verified employers, ensuring only legitimate postings are displayed to job seekers.
A verification badge signifies that LinkedIn or a trusted third party has confirmed the information about the company and job poster, providing a layer of trust.
With the new filter, users simply enter a job title and location, select 'Has verifications', and only verified job postings will be displayed.
Though still in pilot stage, the verification feature aims to improve job seekers' experiences by indicating which job postings are reliable and trustworthy.
