How GTreasury Built Onboarding Training That Reduces Costs By 90%
Briefly

Our primary onboarding started off with our support team. It would take them 6-9 months before they even started to become productive. With what we [GTreasury] put into our LearnUpon platform, we're down to almost 3-4 weeks. We've made a tremendous amount of improvement as far as time to value.
Recognizing the need to introduce a more formal way of learning, Riyaz decided to invest in a Learning Management System (LMS). With the LMS playing a central role, the objective was to standardize and streamline learning to ensure every new hire was equipped with the knowledge and skills they needed to effectively do their jobs.
Like many growing companies, GTreasury did do some training; however, it was manual and inconsistent. This led to significant challenges, like slow customer response times, difficult training remotely, and high turnover in the Global Support Analysts team.
Joining GTreasury in 2021, Riyaz Adamjee, GTreasury's VP of Global Learning Services, was tasked with building a new learning strategy 'from scratch.' Leading the charge, Riyaz and the Global Learning Services team overhauled GTreasury's learning with LearnUpon as their LMS of choice.
