Mehmet Alpergin was brutally beaten, scalded, stabbed, and maimed before being dumped in woodland, showing signs of serious organized crime and drug-world involvement.
The murder investigation revealed 94 separate injuries on Alpergin's body, and the prosecution alleged eight men were involved, with one found guilty of manslaughter, kidnap and false imprisonment.
