I was scrolling through Instagram last month when the cover of a Cosmopolitan from November 1986 caught my eye.Posted by the retro nostalgia account @discontinuedmakeup, a special section called When Mothers Work appeared to be a fascinating time capsule.While some of the cover lines were (sort of) dated (Heroic House Husbands), others struck me as completely on point today.
