Communicating with our clients, specifically through Lightfoot's Client Roundtables and White Collar Institute events, comprise some of my favorite moments so far. Anticipating their needs and delivering innovative, value-filled programs not only strengthen our client partnerships but adds a personal touch to client service delivery.
Taking initiative is well received. Legal marketers - take note. This approach will greatly enhance the way we engage with clients and strengthen our overall service.
With the current ever-evolving media and technology landscape, there are so many platforms, technologies and trends emerging, and that can often feel overwhelming. I think sifting through opportunities to identify what will ultimately bring value to our firm and clients is a challenge we will continue to face!
Direct, clear communication will always be more appealing to me than flashy perks! Employers should focus on what young professionals truly value in the workplace.
