Late this year, restaurant group Grupo Carolo will bring its upscale Mexican restaurant, , to the United States from one of the top gastronomic epicenters of the world, Mexico City.La Popular will debut its first location in Roseville, Calif. in November 2022, followed by Austin, Texas in February 2023, as well as Claremont, California and Porter Ranch in California later next year.
