A man in his 20s was arrested for allegedly setting fire to a business in San Jose on October 7, causing significant damage to property.
According to police, the suspect entered a business and intentionally set fire to a box containing an electric scooter, illustrating a blatant act of arson.
Investigators connected the suspect, a 28-year-old San Jose man, to an earlier theft at the same business, showing a pattern of criminal behavior.
