'We thought it was appropriate to develop a new name to reflect a new portfolio of projects that were more forward-looking and represented who we are,' Morton says.
'All these projects are as much about planning your day as they are planning a moment and how do we use food and beverage as a vehicle,' says Morton.
With the retirement of Kornick in 2021 and changes to the industry post-COVID, Morton has undergone significant transitions in his restaurant brand.
