Born in Oakland, Jessica Katrice Fountaine and her family moved around the Bay, first to Hayward, then Vallejo.But she still spent much of her time in The Town. "I don't remember a weekend where I was not out here.I was always here," she said.When she moved to the Wood Street encampment last year at the age of 33, she said she felt like she had come home.
