Local The argument comes after a judge granted a motion to dismiss the case in October.In an amended complaint filed in federal court Tuesday, the owners of five North End restaurants now allege they were discriminated against because they are white and have Italian heritage when Mayor Michelle Wu levied a $7,500 fee for outdoor dining permits for restaurants in only their neighborhood last year.
