Sexual assault victims charged tens of thousands of pounds for court documents
Victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence are being charged high fees to access court transcripts after being advised not to attend court.
This leaves victims with unanswered questions about their court cases and forces them to pay for the transcripts to obtain answers.
