Following the spin-off of the Commercial Vehicles division of Voith Turbo, the new company Driventic is born, with drive technologies for commercial vehicles as core business. Driventic's debut will be celebrated at Busworld Europe 2025. The company officially will enter the market on November 1, 2025 as a spin-off from the Commercial Vehicles division of Voith. Not many information have been shared so far: at the moment the new company has a Linkedin profile and a - quite empty - website.
