At the beginning of the month, Revel announced a few changes to three of its bikes. While these weren't significant changes, such as geometry tweaks, the Ritual, Rascal, and Rover all got a new look. Now, there were component changes. All bikes have SRAM groupset options, and the Rascal's front end increases from 140mm to 150mm. Other than that, Revel announced new colors and new branding for the three bikes.
With the closure of CSS Composites, many brands are left hanging when it comes to honoring the lifetime warranty on their wheels made by CSS Composites. CSS manufactured wheels for Revel Bikes, Trek Bicycles, Chris King, Evil Bicycles, and, under their own component brand, Forge+Bond. With so many brands using this thermoplastic carbon for their wheels, many were left wondering how this situation would be resolved, and Revel Bikes has found a solution rather quickly.
