Jennifer Crumbley, the mother of a school shooter, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for her negligence in the deaths of four students.
Prosecutors argued that Crumbley failed to inform the school about her family's guns and failed to secure a gun and ammunition at home.
The jury asked if they could infer anything from prosecutors not presenting evidence on how the shooter got access to a gun, but the judge ruled that they could only consider admitted evidence.
