Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer involved in the fatal on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins during the filming of 'Rust,' has been released from a New Mexico prison after serving her 18-month sentence. Found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in March 2024, she is on parole with terms including mental health assessments and a prohibition on gun ownership. Gutierrez-Reed also faces supervision due to a separate conviction for unlawfully carrying a gun. Meanwhile, Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter charge was dismissed mid-trial owing to prosecutorial misconduct.
