STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - A 19-year-old woman from Staten Island managed to arrange a ride for herself after she and her boyfriend left the scene of a fatal crash on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge, New Jersey, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Advance/SILive.com.
Although his driver's license was suspended, Alvi Limani, 20, of Prince's Bay, allegedly was behind the wheel of a gray BMW X3 occupied by three other people when the horrific crash occurred on the evening of June 29, according to the criminal complaint. Albion Hysenaj, 19, of Great Kills, died and Joseph Donzella, 21, of Bay Terrace, was seriously injured after they were ejected from the backseat of Limani's BMW.
As Laoranda Murati of Great Kills grieved the loss of her 19-year-old son, Albion Hysenaj, in a fatal crash on the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey, authorities allege the driver's mother was desperately trying to sneak him out of the United States. Vilma Vneshta, 42, allegedly helped her son, Alvi Limani, 20, both of Commodore Drive in Prince's Bay, flee from authorities after the crash in Woodbridge claimed the life of Hysenaj, and seriously injured another passenger, Joseph Donzella, 21, of Bay Terrace.
