Ford delivered $187.3 billion in revenue for 2025, a record and fifth consecutive year of growth. It posted an $8.2 billion net loss, driven by a $10.7 billion impairment on Model e assets and a $3.2 billion charge from the BlueOval SK joint venture. Strip those out and you get $6.8 billion in adjusted EBIT on a 3.6% margin. Ford Pro, the commercial segment, is the real story: $6.8 billion in EBIT on a 10.3% margin.
MAN Truck & Bus SE has formalized a long-term restructuring and investment framework with its works council and IG Metall, positioning the manufacturer for what it describes as sustained competitiveness amid structural shifts in the commercial vehicle industry. The agreement, laid out in a jointly adopted key issues paper, defines the industrial, financial and workforce parameters of the "MAN2030+" program.
A 26-year-old Brampton man is dead after a crash on Highway 401 involving two commercial vehicles east of Woodstock, Ont., police say. Emergency crews were called to the two-vehicle crash in the eastbound lanes of the highway at Oxford Road 29 in Drumbo at around 7 a.m., according to Ontario Provincial Police. When emergency crews arrived, they discovered that one commercial vehicle had rear-ended another commercial vehicle.

The transaction, valued at approximately EUR 3.8 billion, involves a voluntary tender offer by Tata Motors for all common shares of Iveco Group ( parent company of Iveco Bus and Heuliez, as well as of Iveco and FPT Industrial), excluding its defence business that has been sold to Leonardo. The completion of the offer is subject to the separation of that business.
