TB5 House / Constante Design
Briefly

Casa TB5 is a renovation project that reimagines the use of forgotten spaces in a Lisbon residence, prioritizing connection between the architecture and its environment. Inspired by the Arco do Cego neighbourhood, the design maintains historical integrity while enhancing accessibility and functionality. The transformation includes creating a living room from adjacent rooms and renovating the lower floor into an additional bedroom and office, emphasizing the use of traditional materials like wood, marble, and handmade tiles to preserve the house's historical essence.
This project emphasizes transformation while respecting the integrity of the original space, reflecting the ethos of the Arco do Cego neighbourhood by seamlessly blending architecture with nature.
We were determined to revive forgotten areas like the garden, making it an integral part of the living space, thus enhancing the experience of nature within the home.
