To address confusion and declining work quality within the design team, a career ladder and team philosophy were created to provide direction. Clear roles and defined growth paths foster fairness in evaluations and compensation. The ladder focuses on observable behaviors rather than positions or tenure, encompassing hard and soft skills crucial for progression. This structured approach promotes team development and coherence as the organization grows.
