You can't let fear stop you from achieving anything. You have to use the fear as something to energize you and invigorate you in order to take the risk.
You can find your way to fitness at any age. You don't have to be an active kid to be an active adult.
I started lifting weights, honing in on good technique and thrilled in my ability to lift a few more pounds or add a few more reps.
Over the past month, I've spent time with active older people learning about the benefits and even bliss they've found in exercise.
