A prisoner who claims he was wrongly convicted of killing his father has brought a High Court challenge against the Government over a refusal to let him speak to a journalist about his case.Mark Alexander, then aged 22, received a life sentence with a minimum term of 16 years after a jury found him guilty of murdering 70-year-old Samuel Alexander in September 2010.
