The head of a seven-year inquiry that found a national epidemic of child sex abuse in Britain has condemned the government for failing to accept all of its recommendations.Suella Braverman announced consultations for a new victims' redress scheme and mandatory reporting duty on Monday, but the government only partially accepted some calls from the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) and rejected others.
