A $250,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of killing a father in North York while he refereed a soccer game in 2022, the Bolo Program announced Monday while sharing its latest Canada's 25 "most wanted" list.Cristian Cuxum, a 19-year-old whose last known residence was Toronto, is wanted for second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with the shooting that killed Edwin Farley Alvarado Quintero, 49, of Woodbridge, on Oct. 9, 2022.
